Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the preparation, scheduling, coordination, and control of technical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • ● Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices, and quality assurance policies.
  • ● Act as a primary point of contact for clients, engaging regularly to understand, analyze, and address their needs and requirements.
  • ● Quality control, performance standards, and specifications required by the project.
  • ● Oversee project progress in terms of scope, schedule, budget, and team performance; provide consistent and detailed status reports to management.  
  • ● Define project roles and assign responsibilities to team members to ensure efficient execution.
  • ● Collaborate closely with the PMO Manager and other departments to facilitate cross-functional support, and technical guidance.  
  • ● Monitor key milestones, evaluate deliverables, and manage project documentation including reports and delivery timelines.
  • ● Identify potential risks, perform impact assessments, and implement proactive mitigation strategies. 

  

Must Have

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Networking, Communications, or equivalent in a similar field.
  • ● 5-8 Experience in the same field.
  • ● Proficiency in dealing with computer programs and Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Project, and MS Project).
  • ● Excellent knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD.
  • ● Ability to work with projects and set delivery dates.
  • ● Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards. 
  • ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • ● Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills 
  • ● Experience in operation and project maintenance
