Job Summary
Provides continuous monitoring and first-line operations support for the branch, pharmacy, and warehouse network infrastructure, including the tunnels connecting to SAP, call-center services, and third-party Security Operations Center (SOC).
Responsibilities
- – Monitor and administer the Cisco Meraki SD-WAN across all branch sites.
- – Monitor and operate VeloCloud SD-WAN
- – and troubleshoot Cisco switching infrastructure (access/distribution layer) at HQ, warehouses, and pharmacies.
- – Monitor and troubleshoot IPsec tunnels terminating on the Fortinet perimeter firewall.
- – SolarWinds monitoring, dashboard upkeep, alert thresholds/tuning, uptime and capacity reporting across the 6 Fortinet WAN links (2 DIA + 4 shared fiber).
- – Triage first-line network incidents and escalate firewall/routing changes to the Security Analyst or System Administrator as needed.
- – Maintain network documentation (topology, VLANs, circuit IDs) as the environment changes.
Must Have
- – Cisco Meraki dashboard administration — SD-WAN policy, VPN topology, wireless/switch management.
- – VeloCloud SD-WAN operation and troubleshooting.
- – Cisco IOS switch configuration and troubleshooting (VLANs, spanning-tree, port security).
- – Fortinet FortiGate firewall administration and IPsec VPN troubleshooting.
- – SolarWinds NPM/monitoring configuration, alert tuning, and reporting.
- – Core networking fundamentals (routing, NAT, WAN circuit types) and ITIL-based incident/ticket handling for 24/7 NOC coverage.
