Key Account Manager

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with key clients, develop tailored business plans, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. The role includes identifying client needs, providing solutions, analyzing business trends, and maintaining long-term partnerships.


 

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships and maintain continuous communication with existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare and organize all documents and paperwork required by clients to finalize agreements and contracts.
  • Provide detailed details of all company products and services and encourage clients to adopt them.
  • Address client issues, support their resolution, and communicate complaints and suggestions to management.
  • Establish clear action plans (daily / weekly / monthly), make continuous improvements, and submit reports.
  • Review the terms and conditions of all announced sales and directly oversee their execution.
  • Achieve the sales targets set by management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments for completed sales.
  • Adhere to internal department policies and procedures.
  • Perform other tasks related to the overall operations of the organization as deemed important by management. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word).
  • Quick thinking with strong skills in persuading clients to adopt the company’s products or services.
  • Proficiency in English.
