Job Summary
Uses process mining to identify inefficiencies, time losses, and cost drivers, quantify improvement opportunities, and lead process-improvement initiatives based on the findings.
Responsibilities
- Implement SAP Signavio Process Insights on ECC, and later S/4HANA
- Analyse P2P, O2C, AP, GR/GI and inventory flows and quantify the value of each finding
- Lead the six findings projects: Procure-to-pay, AP & GR/IR, Order-to-bill, Receivables & DSO, GR/GI timeliness, Inventory health
- Define process KPIs and automation targets with process owners
- Bring process evidence into S/4HANA fit-to-standard and Near-Zero Posting Time
- Model as-is and to-be processes in BPMN 2.0 with process owners
- Update SOPs after each process change
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems.
- 5+ years of process analysis in an ERP environment, ideally SAP procure-to-pay or order-to-cash.
- SAP Signavio certification; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
