Job Summary
Design, build, and operate AI capabilities that improve business processes and employee or customer services. Translate approved use cases into measurable solutions integrated with enterprise applications, with appropriate controls for accuracy, privacy, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- – Assess AI use cases with business stakeholders and define feasibility, success measures, and data needs.
- – Build machine learning or generative AI solutions using the approach appropriate to the use case.
- – Develop data preparation pipelines and validate data quality, permitted use, and access requirements.
- – Build retrieval augmented generation workflows, document indexing, and search where relevant.
- – Integrate AI services with internal applications through secure APIs and controlled service accounts.
- – Create evaluation datasets and assess accuracy, hallucinations, latency, cost, and failure behavior.
- – Implement input validation, access controls, sensitive data handling, and defenses against prompt injection.
- – Deploy and monitor AI services; investigate failures, quality changes, and operational incidents.
- – Document architecture, datasets, evaluations, and support procedures; transfer knowledge to the team.
Must Have
- – Python, SQL, and appropriate ML frameworks such as scikit-learn or PyTorch.
- – LLM APIs, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval frameworks where required.
- – Git, Docker, API frameworks, and cloud or on-premises deployment tools.
- – Must be Arabic native speaker.
- – Practical knowledge of model evaluation, data preparation, and software engineering.
- – Ability to choose between conventional automation, ML, and generative AI based on business value.
- – Understanding of AI security, privacy, monitoring, and human review requirements.
- – Bachelor's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or a related field.
- – 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience, including hands-on delivery of AI or ML solutions.
- – Experience with enterprise integrations and Arabic language use cases is an advantage.
