Job Summary

Builds, secures and runs Google Cloud foundation and Kubernetes (GKE) platform, starting with the Super App and serving future cloud workloads across the group.

Responsibilities

  • –    Build and maintain the GCP organization, folders, projects, Shared VPC and org policies, all as Terraform code.
  • –    Run GKE clusters: upgrades, node pools, autoscaling, network policies, Workload Identity and Binary Authorization.
  • –    Manage cloud networking: VPC, Cloud NAT, Cloud DNS, load balancers, Cloud Armor, Cloudflare integration, and HA VPN or Interconnect to the data center.
  • –    Manage IAM: least privileged roles, groups, Identity-Aware Proxy, just-in-time privileged access and quarterly access reviews.
  • –    Manage encryption keys (Cloud KMS) and Secret Manager.
  • –    Run backups and DR: Backup for GKE, restore tests and DR drills.
  • –    Fix Security Command Center findings and provide evidence for NCA, PDPL and PCI DSS audits.
  • –    Control cloud costs: rightsizing, committed-use discounts, budget alerts and cost labels per company.
  • –    Review infrastructure changes from the vendor and internal teams.

Must Have

  • –    4+ years in cloud or data-center infrastructure, including 5+ years hands-on with Google Cloud in production.
  • –    Strong Kubernetes experience running production clusters (GKE preferred).
  • –    Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, using Git, pull requests and CI pipelines.
  • –    Solid networking: TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, firewalls, site-to-site VPN and BGP basics.
  • –    Cloud IAM and security fundamentals: least privilege, service accounts, encryption, audit logging.
  • –    Linux administration and scripting in Bash or Python.
  • –    Good written and spoken English.
